The Bio-Plex Pro™ human IL-10 immunoassay is part of the human Th17 panel. The 1 x 96-well singleplex set contains a vial of coupled magnetic beads and a vial of detection antibodies for the detection of IL-10. Based on 6.5 µm magnetic beads, it is compatible with both vacuum and magnetic wash stations. Magnetic washing simplifies plate processing, provides increased throughput, and results in decreased variability and increased reproducibility.

Reagent kit II (#171-304055 for vacuum separation or #171-304055M for magnetic separation) and a vial of standards (#171-DA0001) are required to complete an assay.
