ORF cloned into this vector at SgfI and RsrII sites will express the ORF-encoded protein plus two additional amino acids at the C-terminus, T and R. The vector itself does not contain additional tag. If the insert is shuttled from pCMV6-Entry via SgfI/AscI and RsrII/MluI, it will express non-tagged protein.
