| 背景资料 | Tropomyosin receptor kinase C (TrkC), also known as NT-3 growth factor receptor, neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 3, or TrkC tyrosine kinase is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NTRK3 gene.This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may play a role in the development of proprioceptive neurons that sense body position. Mutations in this gene have been associated with medulloblastomas, secretory breast carcinomas and other cancers. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. |

1：准备试剂和标准品
2：每孔添加100ul样品和标准品，37℃反应90分钟，不洗。
3：每孔添加100ul生物素标记抗体，37℃反应60分钟。
4：0.01M TBS洗涤3次。
5：每孔添加100ulABC，37℃反应30分钟。
6：0.01M TBS洗涤5次。
7：TMB37℃避光反应30分钟以内。
8：加入TMB终止液，读数。
