| 背景资料 | Poliovirus receptor-related 2 (PVRL2), also known as nectin-2 and CD112 (formerly herpesvirus entry mediator B, HVEB), is a human plasma membrane glycoprotein. It is mapped to 19q13.32. This gene encodes a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein with two Ig-like C2-type domains and an Ig-like V-type domain. This protein is one of the plasma membrane components of adherens junctions. It also serves as an entry for certain mutant strains of herpes simplex virus and pseudorabies virus, and it is involved in cell to cell spreading of these viruses. Variations in this gene have been associated with differences in the severity of multiple sclerosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. |

1：准备试剂和标准品
2：每孔添加100ul样品和标准品，37℃反应90分钟，不洗。
3：每孔添加100ul生物素标记抗体，37℃反应60分钟。
4：0.01M TBS洗涤3次。
5：每孔添加100ulABC，37℃反应30分钟。
6：0.01M TBS洗涤5次。
7：TMB37℃避光反应30分钟以内。
8：加入TMB终止液，读数。
