| 背景资料 | Ki-67(Proliferation-related Ki-67 antigen), also known as MKI67 or KIA, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MKI67 gene. This gene is mapped to 10q26.2. From study of a panel of human-rodent somatic cell hybrids, it has been demonstrated that a gene involved in the expression of the MKI67 antigen is located on chromosome 10. By in situ hybridization, Fonatsch et al. (1991) regionalized the MKI67 gene to chromosome 10q25-qter. By FISH, Traut et al. Antigen KI-67 is a nuclear protein that is associated with and may be necessary for cellular proliferation. Furthermore it is associated with ribosomal RNA transcription. Inactivation of antigen KI-67 leads to inhibition of ribosomal RNA synthesis. |

1：准备试剂和标准品
2：每孔添加100ul样品和标准品，37℃反应90分钟，不洗。
3：每孔添加100ul生物素标记抗体，37℃反应60分钟。
4：0.01M TBS洗涤3次。
5：每孔添加100ulABC，37℃反应30分钟。
6：0.01M TBS洗涤5次。
7：TMB37℃避光反应30分钟以内。
8：加入TMB终止液，读数。
