Description
Overview	Recombinant, rat glial derived neurotrophic factor expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Native GDNF exists as a disulfide homodimeric glycoprotein and is a novel member of the TGF-β superfamily. Titrate the protein for optimal results in individual systems. Immbolized rrGFRa/Fc at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/neu) can bind GDNF at a linear range of 0.1-10 ng/ml.
