Overview	Recombinant, mouse insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) consisting of amino acids 22-291 and expressed in NS0-derived murine myeloma cells with four substitutions: Arg250Gln, Gln259Arg, Ser260Gly, Arg271Pro. Mouse IGFBP-3 cDNA encodes a 291 amino acid residue precursor protein with a putative 27 aa residue signal peptide.
