Application Notes For use in blocking the staining of Chemicon's catalog numbers AB143, AB144P and AB144. Suggested concentration 2-5 μg/mL. AG220 should be incubated with the antibody for 3 hours at +2-8°C prior to being used on the tissue sections.

Enzyme is denatured by heat, but its activity level has not been determined. Residual activity may be present.

Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user.

The protein encoded by this gene synthesizes the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Alternative splice variants have been found that contain alternative 5' untranslated exons. Three of the four described splice variants encode identical 69 kDa proteins while one variant encodes both the 69 kDa and a larger 82 kDa protein.

Inheritance is autosomal recessive.
