Background Information	The Milliplex® MAP Mouse Bone Magnetic Bead Panel contains all the components necessary to measure 9 biomarkers in any combination: ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone), DKK-1 (Dickkopf-1), IL-6, Insulin, Leptin, TNFα, OPG (Osteopotegrin), SOST (Sclerostin) and FGF-23 in any combination. The kit uses a 96-well format, contains a lyophilized standard cocktail, 2 quality controls and can measure up to 38 serum or plasma samples in duplicate.
