Quality Assurance Evaluated by Kinase assay: PP2Aα was diluted with phosphatase dilution buffer to various concentrations. 10 µl of PP2Aα was mixed with 5 µl of substrate assay solution and 10 µl phosphatase dilution buffer and incubated at 37°C for 15 min. Reaction was read by adding 100 µl of BIOMOL GREEN Reagent and incubating for 30 min. at room temp.
