Presentation	Purified protein in 25 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM Octyl-b-D-glucopyranoside, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.2 mM CaCl2 with 0.1% sodium azide. This format of alpha5beta1 is appropriate for functional evaluations.
