Application Non-sterile goat serum collected from normal healthy goats. Used for blocking of interfering antibodies.

Application Notes Blocking reagent. Dilute as needed with PBS or other buffer. Typical working concentrations are 0.1-5% serum in buffer. For best results, it is recommended to filter the diluted serum solution through a 0.2-0.45μm membrane prior to use.Blocking reagent; dilute as needed with PBS or other buffer.
