Background Information Myb is a transcriptional activator. It is a DNA-binding protein that specifically recognizes the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3'. Myb plays an important role in the control of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.

    Included Positive Antigen Control: Catalog # 12-303, Jurkat cell lysate. Add 2.5 μL of 2-mercaptoethanol/100 μL of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 μg of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
