Anti-HIV Gag-p24 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-HIV Gag-p24 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-HIV Gag-p24 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of HIV Gag-p24 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing HIV Gag-p24 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. Preparation
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant HIV-1 Gag-p24 (HIV-1 Gag-p24; Catalog#11695-V08E; ACI05538.1; Pro 133-Leu 363). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
