[1] The IP KIT contains anti-SAPK3 magnetic Beads (2 mg/mL) in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) with sodium azide (0.1%).
[2] Using NP-40 cell lysate buffer in the kit is required, otherwise, the magnetic beads may be precipitated.
[3] Shipping: Magnetic Beads kits are shipped at ambient temperature in which magnetic beads are provided in liquid buffer.
Anti-SAPK3 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-SAPK3 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-SAPK3 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of SAPK3 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing SAPK3 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound SAPK3 proteins are dissociated from the magnetic beads using an elution buffer. Anti-SAPK3 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Antibody Information

SAPK3 Background Information
ERK3, also known as MAPK12 and p38-gamma, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family and MAP kinase subfamily. ERK3 is highly expressed in skeletal muscle and heart. ERK3 is a serine/threonine kinase which acts as an essential component of the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. MAPK12 is one of the four p38 MAPKs which play an important role in the cascades of cellular responses evoked by extracellular stimuli such as proinflammatory cytokines or physical stress leading to direct activation of transcription factors such as ELK1 and ATF2. Accordingly, p38 MAPKs phosphorylate a broad range of proteins and it has been estimated that they may have approximately 2 to 3 substrates each. MAPK12 is required for the normal kinetochore localization of PLK1, prevents chromosomal instability and supports mitotic cell viability. MAPK12-signaling is also positively regulating the expansion of transient amplifying myogenic precursor cells during muscle growth and regeneration.
