Anti-RKIP Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-RKIP magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-RKIP antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of RKIP proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing RKIP proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1), also known as Raf kinase inhibitor protein, belongs to PEBP family of proteins. It is known to interact with many proteins that are mainly involved in pathways that monitor cell proliferation and differentiation.
