Anti-TNFAIP8 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-TNFAIP8 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-TNFAIP8 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of TNFAIP8 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing TNFAIP8 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. TNFAIP8 regulates Hippo pathway through interacting with LATS1 to promote cell proliferation and invasion in lung cancer. TNFAIP8 may serve as a candidate biomarker for poor prognosis and a target for new therapies.
