[1] The IP KIT contains anti-NT5C3A magnetic Beads (2 mg/mL) in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) with sodium azide (0.1%).
[2] Using NP-40 cell lysate buffer in the kit is required, otherwise, the magnetic beads may be precipitated.
[3] Shipping: Magnetic Beads kits are shipped at ambient temperature in which magnetic beads are provided in liquid buffer.
Anti-NT5C3A Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-NT5C3A magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-NT5C3A antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of NT5C3A proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing NT5C3A proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound NT5C3A proteins are dissociated from the magnetic beads using an elution buffer. Anti-NT5C3A Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Antibody Information

NT5C3A Background Information
The enzyme pyrimidine 5'-nucleotidase (NT5C3A), which mediates nucleotide catabolism, was previously thought to be restricted to blood cells. NT5C3A expression required both an intronic IFN-stimulated response element and the IFN-stimulated transcription factor IRF1. Overexpression of NT5C3A, but not of its catalytic mutants, suppressed IL-8 production by HEK293 cells. NT5C3A-stimulated sirtuin activity resulted in deacetylation of histone H3 and the NF-kappaB subunit RelA (also known as p65), both of which were associated with the proximal region of the Il8 promoter, thus repressing the transcription of Il8 Together.
