[1] The IP KIT contains anti-ERP72 magnetic Beads (2 mg/mL) in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) with sodium azide (0.1%).
[2] Using NP-40 cell lysate buffer in the kit is required, otherwise, the magnetic beads may be precipitated.
[3] Shipping: Magnetic Beads kits are shipped at ambient temperature in which magnetic beads are provided in liquid buffer.
Anti-ERP72 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-ERP72 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-ERP72 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of ERP72 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing ERP72 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound ERP72 proteins are dissociated from the magnetic beads using an elution buffer. Anti-ERP72 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Antibody Information

ERP72 Background Information
ERP72, also known as PDIA4, is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein which belongs to the protein disulfide isomerase family. ERP72 is a stress protein and participates in the catalysis of protein-S-S-bond rearrangement. Both of PDIA4 and PDIA3 function as proteases, protein disulfide isomerases, phospholipases or an arrangement of these. ERP72 compose part of a large chaperone multiprotein complex comprising CABP1, DNAJB11, HSP9B1, HSPA5, HYOU, PDIA2, PDIA4, PPIB, SDF2L1, UGT1A1 and very small amounts of ERP29, but not, or at very low levels, CALR nor CANX.
Full Name
protein disulfide isomerase family A, member 4
