[1] The IP KIT contains anti-CXCR6 magnetic Beads (2 mg/mL) in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) with sodium azide (0.1%).
[2] Using NP-40 cell lysate buffer in the kit is required, otherwise, the magnetic beads may be precipitated.
[3] Shipping: Magnetic Beads kits are shipped at ambient temperature in which magnetic beads are provided in liquid buffer.
Anti-CXCR6 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Product Description
The Anti-CXCR6 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-CXCR6 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of CXCR6 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing CXCR6 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound CXCR6 proteins are dissociated from the magnetic beads using an elution buffer. Anti-CXCR6 Magnetic Beads-IP Kit Antibody Information

CXCR6 Background Information
CXCR6, the receptor for CXCL16, is expressed on multiple cell types and can be a coreceptor for human immunodeficiency virus 1. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 6 (CXCR6) is up-regulated in many malignancies, indicating that CXCR6 plays an important role in tumor progression. CXCR6 enhances OS cell proliferation and invasion through the Akt pathway. The CXC-chemokine receptor 6 (CXCR6) is a class A GTP-binding protein-coupled receptor (GPCRs) that mediates adhesion of leukocytes by interacting with the transmembrane cell surface-expressed chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16), and also regulates leukocyte migration by interacting with the soluble shed variant of CXCL16.
