Recombinant M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase purified from E. coli expressing the pol gene of Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus.

RT-PCR of GAPDH from varying amounts of HeLa cell total RNA.  First-strand synthesis was carried out with log-fold dilutions of HeLa cell total RNA (1 µg – 1 pg), no RNA (NTC) oligo dT(20) primer according to the recommended protocol.  Each first-strand reaction (1/10^th) was used as template for PCR amplification of a 555-bp fragment from the GAPDH gene using Hot Start PCR-to-Gel Master Mix , 2X.  PCR was carried out in a 20 µL reaction a standard Hot Start PCR protocol was followed.  Each PCR product (5 µL) was separated on a 1.2% agarose, 0.5X TBE, 0.25 µg/mL ethidium bromide gel.
