AMRESCO's PCR DNA Marker™ with Loading Dye offers 8 fragments ranging from 50 to 2,000 bp. Marker is premixed with loading dye for added convenience. The marker contains high intensity reference bands that are ideal for quick sizing of PCR products restriction digests. PCR DNA Marker™ With Loading Dye is ready-to-use by simply loading 10 µl per lane. There is sufficient material for 50 assays. Also available without loading dye (PCR DNA Marker™) with EZ-Vision® One DNA Dye (EZ-Vision® PCR DNA Ladder).
