Detailed Description
AMRESCO's PCR DNA Marker™ offers 8 fragments ranging from 50 to 2,000 bp. The marker contains high intensity reference bands that are ideal for quick sizing of PCR products restriction digests. Simply mix 10 μl of PCR DNA Marker™ with required quantity of loading buffer load well. There is sufficient material for 100 assays. Also available with loading dye (PCR DNA Marker™ with Loading Dye) with EZ-Vision® One DNA Dye (EZ-Vision® PCR DNA Ladder).
