Taq DNA Polymerase is ideal for general PCR primer extension reactions to amplify DNA templates with high sensitivity. This DNA polymerase is highly-purified, DNA-free, free of bacterial genomic DNA. PCR can be initiated from as few as 6 primed templates. One unit of activity incorporates 10 nmoles of dNTP acid-insoluble DNA in 30 minutes at 72ºC. Contains Taq DNA Polymerase, 500 U (5 U/µL)  Taq Buffer, 10X, 1 mL. Simply, add 0.5 µL of Taq DNA Polymerase to a 25 µL PCR reaction. Use a standard PCR cycle to amplify the DNA template. Contains sufficient polymerase for 200 x 25 µL amplifications.
