The ProtoBlot® II AP Systems with Stabilized Substrate are designed for the rapid sensitive detection of proteins other macromolecular antigens immobilized on nitrocellulose PVDF membranes. Proteins can be transferred from gels after electrophoresis (Western blots) bound directly from solution ("dot" blots). TheWestern Express™ Fast Blotting Protocol is included with the system can reduce dramatically the time required to perform immunodetection. All ProtoBlot® II AP Systems contain BSA as a stabilizer 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.
