5XGreen GoTaq® Reaction Buffer(5X 绿色GoTaq® 反应缓冲液) 含有两种染料( 蓝色与黄色)，在电泳过程中互相分开以显示迁移过程。缓冲液还含有一种能够增加样品密度的化合物，这就意味着样品可以直接加在凝胶上，不需要添加染料。蓝色染料在1% 琼脂糖凝胶中与3–5kb DNA 片段的迁移速度相同。黄色染料的迁移速度比引物稍快。5X 无色GoTaq® 反应缓冲液具有与5X 绿色GoTaq®反应缓冲液相同的配方，但不含有染料，如果PCR 产物回收前必须进行吸光度或荧光检测，则推荐使用该无色缓冲液。两种缓冲液的pH 值均为8.5。 M7911 与M7921 含有浓度为7.5mM 的MgCl2，在1X 反应中的最终浓度为1.5mM。M8901 与 M8911 不含镁离子。 Guarantee
