EXPRESS SYBR GreenER qPCR SuperMix kits are compatible with fast-cycling instruments for your SYBR-based qPCR experiments. This EXPRESS SYBR GreenER qPCR SuperMix comes with premixed ROX reference dye. EXPRESS SYBR GreenER qPCR Supermix Universal, with separate ROX reference dye, is also available.

This kit provides:
• Fast-activating, antibody-mediated Platinum™ Taq DNA Polymerase
• SYBR GreenER dye
• UDG carryover protection—uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG)/dUTP to reduce carryover contamination
