The BenchMark™ His-tagged Protein Standard can be used as a positive control and for molecular weight sizing in his-tagged fusion protein detection. It can be used with NuPAGE® Gels and Tris-Glycine Gels. The BenchMark™ His-tagged Standard offers:
• Verification of his-tagged fusion protein detection using InVision™ In-Gel Stain (Figure 1A) or an Anti-His(C-term) antibody (Figure 1B)
• Ten sharp and clear bands in the range of 10-160 kDa for molecular weight estimation of his-tagged proteins
• Compatibility with Coomassie® R-250 stain

125 µl (25 applications of 5 µl each) is provided in loading buffer consisting of Tris-HCl, SDS, Glycerol, DTT, and Coomassie® Blue G-250. Store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
