ProcartaPlex™ immunoassays are our ideal solution for assessing multiple protein biomarkers in a single sample. Our ProcartaPlex assays use Luminex ™ xMAP technology for the multi-analyte detection of secreted proteins including cytokines, chemokines, growth factors and other proteins.
ProcartaPlex™ assays are subject to the same stringent and robust development and manufacturing as are our extensively validated Platinum and Instant ELISA kits. Quantitate multiple targets in cell/tissue culture supernatants, serum, and plasma.

Note: Mouse IFN beta simplex has a different protocol than other ProcartaPlex kits and therefore should be run as a single plex assay. Alternatively, a duplex including IFN alpha and IFN beta is available (part# EPX020-22187-901).
