AccuPrime™ Taq DNA Polymerase, High Fidelity, amplifies nucleic acid templates using antibody-mediated hot-start, a blend of Taq DNA Polymerase and a proofreading enzyme, and AccuPrime™ accessory proteins for improved PCR fidelity, yield, and specificity over other hot-start DNA polymerases. With AccuPrime™ Taq DNA Polymerase, High Fidelity, you'll get:

High fidelity is achieved by a combination of Platinum® anti- Taq DNA polymerase antibodies that inhibit polymerase activity, providing an automatic "hot-start", and the proofreading (3´→5´ exonuclease activity) enzyme Pyrococcus species GB-D. The thermostable AccuPrime™ accessory proteins enhance specific primer-template hybridization during every cycle of PCR, preventing mispriming and enhancing PCR specificity and yield. 规格

AccuPrime™ Taq DNA Polymerase High Fidelity (200 µL, at 5U/µL)) is supplied with:
• 50 mM MgSO 4 (1mL)
• 10X AccuPrime™ PCR Buffer I (4 × 1.25mL)
• 10X AccuPrime™ PCR Buffer II (4 × 1.25mL)
Buffer I and II differ in their concentration of thermostable AccuPrime™ protein. Their components are: 600 mM Tris-SO 4 (pH 8.9), 180 mM (NH 4) 2SO 4, 20 mM MgSO 4, 2 mM dGTP, 2 mM dATP, 2 mM dTTP, 2 mM dCTP, thermostable AccuPrime™ protein, 10% glycerol. The supplied PCR Buffer is a 10X concentrate and should be diluted for use. Buffer I is optimized for plasmids, cDNA, and λ DNA. Buffer II is optimized for genomic DNA.
