The Protein Molecular Weight Marker is a mixture of five purified proteins supplied pre-diluted with gel loading buffer for loading to an SDS-polyacrylamide gel (SDS-PAAG) . The proteins resolve into sharp, tight bands in the range of 14.4kDa to 97kDa when analyzed by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue.
Heat the Marker to 95~100°C for 3~5 minutes. After a quick microcentrifuge spin, load on to a gel (10 μl for mini-gels and 15 μl for full length gels).
