概述

Protein marker, Low Range is a mixture of purified proteins with known amino acid sequences. They are resolved to 9 sharp bands when analyzed by SDS-PAGE(Tris-Glycine) and stained with Coomassie Blue R-250. Reconstituting with 0.1ml loading buffer in 62mM Tris-HCl,PH= 7.0, 1mM EDTA,4% sucrose,0.5%DTT,2%SDS and 0.005% bromophenol blue.

使用说明

30 μl is sufficient for 10 mini-gels(8×10cm); 100 μl is sufficient for 30 mini-gels(8×10cm)
