Application Detect Sodium/Iodine Symporter using this Anti-Sodium/Iodine Symporter Antibody, a.a. 625-643, clone FP5A validated for use in IH, IH(P) & WB.

Application Notes Immunoblotting. The antibody recognizes a major band at ~97 kDa and minor bands at 15 kDa, 30 kDa, 68 kDa and 160 kDa.

Immunohistochemistry. The antibody works on paraffin embedded tissue sections which have been subjected to antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer steam for 30 minutes.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
